Just a quick thought in sizing your UPS - the breakdown of the circuits. The Foxboro supplied 21 inch CRT has an inrush of approximately 50 amps on power on. I have seen a UPS circuit breaker trip when the power bar (supplying power to two 21 inch monitors and one WP51D) was turned on. Depending on the load distribution and power up sequencing ... and if your UPS is using quick acting fuses (some folks do not like to use breakers), it could get exciting.
