I second Marcel's suggestion to save to a filesystem. Another suggestion
is to check out the scripts to automate the SaveAll in the Cassandra
archive.

You may have your reason to perform the Saveall to diskette, but I
shudder at the thought.

Save to some empta directory on your hard disk and copy saved files to
floppy in a second step. This should work then. However, I have no
explanation for the phenomenon you're seeing, actually I never tried to
perform a save all directly to floppy because it often happens that the=20
saveall files do not fit on one diskette (when using sequence blocks
intensively, which I often do).
