Yes, you understand correctly.  As I said this is a temporary 
situation to allow us to have a significant amount of field wiring 
connected prior to an upcoming outage.  During the outage we will be 
moving all of the original blocks into the FCP.  I will investigate 
your idea and see if that gets the loading down.
