Here is the information on our various OPC clients and servers. As you can
see, it does not support Alarm and Events.

                Description: Supports DA(Direct Access) Spec v2.04 (both
part no), HDA (Historical Data Access) (Q0301UU only). Both products support
V1.0 Spec, and OPC Clients V1.0 and later. Certified by Foxboro. It does not
require the installation of AIM*Historian for operation.
                Status: Released.
                PSS/User's Guide: PSS 21S-6D10 B4.
                Host: AW-70 or off-platform NT machine talking to either an
AW-70 or AW-51
