One other thing that can decrease your IO time is to change the BPC of the
AB Int 30 from 1.0 sec to 2.0 sec. This of course is a Sys Def Change and
you have to reboot the Station. May not be an option and it also slows down
the time it takes to see a state change from or to the PLC.
