If I get a chance later today or tomorrow, I will try to repeat the process
with a smaller section of the same code. When I get it done, I'll send you
the results as an attachment. Or, if I can reduce the results to a small
enough size, I'll post them to the mail list without using an attachment.
I believe that Mike Stewart and Brad Wilson may be on to something when they
mentioned comments embedded within comments. As near as I recall, there was
nothing special about the new errors except where they were located. The
new errors were created by the comments themselves. I can't recall any
examples right now. The problem was that the error listing was showing
errors inside of the commented blocks.
By the way, I had forgotten about the --#ifdef notdef-- method. Thanks for
reminding me.
