Steve,
Thanks, that is what I was looking for. I changed my script like you =
suggested and now I can copy files over the 2nd ethernet port.

Hi Jim,
I replaced the rmount section in our qc script with the following:
*************************************************************************
for wp in 1OX1 1OX2 2AP1 2AP2 2CC2 2CC3 3FF1 3FF2 3FFAW2
do
echo Copying to $wp
rcp -p $* $wp:$WHERE
done
**************************************************************************
The rest of the script is the same as the original qc.
Each workstation has a list of the other nine workstations. It can be a
pain to edit each list if you have a lot of workstations, but it only has =
to
be done once.
One of my workstations does not have a second ethernet card, but rcp =
works
over the nodebus.

Subject: [foxboro] 2nd Ethernet Port
I have read through some of the archives and see that several have posted =
=3D
that you can not use rmount on the 2nd Ethernet Port. I have been using a =
=3D
Foxboro supplied script from the Power Application folks called "qc" or =
=3D
quick copy that uses the rmount command to copy displays around. I have =
=3D
recently installed a 2nd Ethernet Port and now this utility no longer =3D
works and I assume it is because this script uses this rmount command. =
=3D
Have any others had this same experience? What commands do you use to =3D
copy displays to other stations using the 2nd Ethernet Port if rmount does =
=3D
not work?
Thanks,
Jim Kahlden
