Jim,
As far as I know and from what I have seen the QC or "Quick Copy" command
uses rcp "remote copy". Normally the version distributed by the power group
either uses the /usr/fox/customer/hi/dmcfg to determine workstation names or
the /etc/inet/hosts table. If using the host table, the alias assigned to
the additional Ethernet port(s) can be used just is the nodebus alias or
letterbug names are used. Most of the Power scripts use an awk to delimit
or sort the requested alias names. By modifying the sort request, the
additional network card(s) can be used in place of copying data across the
nodebus.

Subject: [foxboro] 2nd Ethernet Port
I have read through some of the archives and see that several have posted =
that you can not use rmount on the 2nd Ethernet Port. I have been using a =
Foxboro supplied script from the Power Application folks called "qc" or =
quick copy that uses the rmount command to copy displays around. I have =
recently installed a 2nd Ethernet Port and now this utility no longer =
works and I assume it is because this script uses this rmount command. =
Have any others had this same experience? What commands do you use to =
copy displays to other stations using the 2nd Ethernet Port if rmount does =
not work?
Thanks,
Jim Kahlden
