[foxboro] expanded line lengths for alarms

With the soon to be installed P90 workstations and the 24" wide
screens is it possible to expand the length of the alarm messages to
100+ characters so as not to truncate the block description, "ANM" ,
"NMO" or "NM1" on the alarm lines?

Albians Sands Energy (CoGEN) is just starting a database cleanup of
these fields so it would be timely to consider the longer lines.
