[foxboro] Wrong number of points on a card

I just put in a WID07C migration card. A 7C has 16 points. I added the FBM in
the IACC. The option I chose was WID07. It's only showing 8 available points
on this card. I'm getting errors for the points I'm bulk generating for points
9-16. I don't see anything special to do in the manual. Any help on this
issue?
