[foxboro] Visual Studio on AW70

We've recently installed Visual Studio (C++ and VB) 2010 on an H92 based
AW70.
Now every time we checkpoint a ZCP270 we get the message ".soft_mgr.exe"
"An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library
incorrectly"
Sifting thru the Cassandra Archives I found no similar problems, but one guy
suggested he'd not load the compiler on an AW70 box because it might mess
something up. Guess he was right.
Before I go thru the process of trying to resolve this on system, and likely
ending
with reload and use of the compiler off-platform, has anyone else run into
this, and
found an easy out?
