[foxboro] User Conference Registration Deadline

On behalf of the user steering committee, I just want to remind everyone
that tomorrow, November 17th is the last day to register for the
Invensys User's Conference at the discounted registration fee.  It is
also the last day to make your hotel reservations at the special
conference rate.  Our committee has worked hard to set up a great agenda
