[foxboro] Upgrading from 9.0.1 Foxview to 9.0.2 on Version 7.1.1 Solaris

We have 51F boxes with version 9.0.1 Foxview and plan to upgrade to =
version 9.0.2. The release notes state that a conversion is necessary if =
you are upgrading from Solaris, Version 9.0.1 or earlier to 9.0.2. Can =
someone elaborate on what steps need to be taken for this? Also it states =
that if version 9.0.1 is on a Windows box then the conversion is not =
necessary. Why is it required for Solaris and not Windows?
