[foxboro] Unix To MESH

We are moving CSA to MESH and are having trouble getting a 7.1.3 hosted
FOLAN node to connect.  We have 6 other FOLAN nodes at 6.5.x that are
connected and seem ok.  Info is being passed over the LAN but Sysmon and ICC
can't seem to connect?  Any ideas?
