[foxboro] USB harddrives connected to a P81

Hi List,

has anybody external USB or Firewire drives connected succesfully to a
P81 with Solaris 8?

I would like to hear the story because it didn't work out of the box
(including reboot) and I would like to use external drives on these
machines.
