[foxboro] That DM to FoxView Conversion Tool

Thanks to David Johnson, the much promised (and probably over-rated)
GConvert utility is now available on the Cassandra website -
www.thecassandraproject.com
 
Apologises to all those who requested the tool. I thought I had sent it
to you but it turns out my work is silently blocking emails with
attached zip files. Our administrator assured me they were'nt but,
thanks to David's persistent we were able to prove otherwise.
 
As before, please give me feedback. I'm working on the final touches to
an update which includes a regular expression find/replace facility
(using the .NET regular expressions syntax) for generic issues.
