[foxboro] System Monitor, Remove Station

All wise and all knowing list,
 
I've removed a station from the node, a Micro I/A, - good riddance...  The 
equipment has been removed from the configuration, but still shows in the 
system monitor.  I'd like to see a green sys indicator at least once in my 
career.  How do you remove it?  I remember faintly about a rm_station utility.
