[foxboro] Switch block settings for FBM230/231 to KE module on AB PLC5?

Hi all,
Does anyone have a list of the TCA dip switch settings to use an
FBM230/231 for DH+ comms to a KE module on AB PLC5? We're using cable
P0970XE.
