[foxboro] Sun compiler - free release

FYI,

Sun has recently released it's current compilers and tools, Sun Studio 11, at no
cost (full commercial version, no license required).

For anyone migrating to the new SunBlade workstations on Solaris 8 and needing a
compiler, this is convenient timing.
