[foxboro] String to Real/Float Conversion

List members,

I am using I/A Batch v7.0. The package only allows mapping of the batch size

to a string variable in a sequence, SN000X.
I need to do some calculations with the
batch size and therefore need to convert this string to float or integer. I
have
gone through the SFC and HLBL functions and there does not seem to be any
standard
function that does this.

Any ideas would be welcome.
