[foxboro] Strange phenomenon while uploading the CP60's

I was uploading the CP60's before taking SaveAll on floppies when suddenly a
strange thing happened.
There were four AOUT blocks getting input connections from the PID control
blocks. The output blocks froze. When I went to ICC and had look at the MEAS
parameter, instead of connection from the PID block outputs, it was showing
numeric value which was the value that was frozen on the AOUT blocks.
I corrected this and made the connections in three AOUT blocks and the control
came back.
Why could such a thing happen. Site people told that ths happened 3 months back
after similar maintenance was done on Foxboro.
2nd point is that three AOUT blocks were in the same CP as the PID control
block. They are normal. There is one other AOUTR block in different CP. There
when I corrected the connections and gave it as <compd:Block.Parameter>, it is
showing it in smurf colour. I can omget the PID block ouput but the other CP
cannot read it. I believe that peer-to-peer connections are allowed in ICC.
Can anyone tells what can be the cause.
Regards,
Kashif Ijaz
