[foxboro] Snapshot gets wrong (few) colors on AW51B-WP51B (V6.5)

I need to capture some screenshots from our AW51/WP51.
Played a bit with 'snapshot' and 'imagetool', but the best I could get is a
.rs file with 43 colors (according to Image Tool View -> Image Info), which
renders a useless image.
Can anyone tell me how to get screenshots?
