[foxboro] Smart Terminal

I happen to have a "Smart Terminal" that is X-Terminal compatible.  What do
I need to do to use this as an Op station?  I have extra DM's.  Duc sent a
response to a similar question but I can't find any info relating to this
type of hardware.  Is it necessary to have a Smart Terminal server?
