[foxboro] Search on CSC

I might have missed this earlier, but is the search engine on the CSC web
site not working just for me, or is it broken for everybody?  I remember
someone asking about the "Send Comments" link, but I don't recall anyone
asking about the search engine.  I also tried "Advanced Search" and got the
same error message:

Search.asp Error
Could not retreive page with URL
"http://198.115.168.12/scripts/texis.exe/webinator/GetResults?pr=External&qu
ery=shrink". The operation timed out 

Search.asp Error
Could not find the opening root element "ResultsPage" in the following XML: 
Microsoft JScript runtime error '800a138f' 
'Search.s_ResultsDOM.documentElement' is not an object 
/Library/Search.asp, line 847

Definitely looks like a server problem, but I thought I would ask first.
