[foxboro] SFC trough Exceed XTERM

hi list,
i'm trying to open the SFC compiler via ICC using an Exceed XTERM (win2000
pc based).
Clicking on "EDIT SFC ....." i can see some operation but at the end the ICC
Menu come back.
I try to use sfccfg.api script (/opt/fox/sfcst/bin) and all seems to run
well but this choice is not possible with ICC open (the script is
iccdrvr.tsk based and CP is locked)
Investigating the scripts i found that via ICC are passed many parameters
not very clear to me (some tmp directories & libraries, ICC_DISPLAY, and so
on....
Also the log file created by the script is useful, simply because is not
created by ICC cmd (only by terminal cmd).
Any suggestions ????
