[foxboro] RTD input - FBM02 vs FBM03

This will seem like a rather simple question, but I can't determine from
the installation manual what I need for a 3-wire RTD input.

I see that FBM03A is 3-wire input, but I can only find FBM03 on the parts
list (no -A).
Is the same FBM03 module (P0400YD) used for 2, 3 & 4-wire RTD's and the
only difference is the termination cable?

I also see that FBM02 (P0400YC) can be used for 3-wire RTD, which would be
nice since I already have FBM02's.
But what termination cable do I use?  I see reference to a
"customer-supplied termination block and RTD" in the manual ... what is
this?
