[foxboro] RS232: Is MG30A/B a DTE or DCE device?

Dear List,

This is my first posting! :)

My apology if the following question seems too trivial or has been 
answered previously! 

Is Foxboro DCS gateway MG30A/B a DTE or DCE device. I'm pretty sure it 
is DTE, but I just need a confirmation on this. I'm currently 
experimenting with RS232 communications, and the answer to the above 
question will clear up a few issues that has been nagging me all this 
while. Please don't say RTFM :))

One more thing! Has anybody works with HIMA PLC before? What is the 
necessary signals required to establish communication with the HIMA PLC?
