[foxboro] Profibus val_id

Hi

Have any one figured out the val_id for AB 1794-IE8 and  1794-OE4 using a 
3170-PDP card to the micro.
According to the manual I/O should be a sign bit in 2's compliment.
I can't seem to get any values in from the field which we simulate.
All cards are working and online.
