[foxboro] Process Summary Reporter

We just upgraded to 6.5.2 (on Solaris) and our process summary report is
now printing (under the blocks in manual) not only a list of blocks in
manual, but also a complete list of CP's, Stations and ECB's.
The Process Summary report is setup just as it was before the upgrade
and it worked as it should.

Anyone have an idea as to why it is now printing not only the Blocks
with alarms inhibited (it should) and Blocks in manual (it should), but
also every CP, Station and ECB?

All ideas are welcome!
