Has anybody used output alarming in a PID (or related) block? I'm
obviously missing something in the configuration, or it doesn't work the
way I expect.
I'm using Foxview 9.0.1 on v 6.2.1.
On the default block display, the tick marks for the output alarm
settings (HOALIM/LOALIM) are displaying using the MEAS range
(HSCI1/LSCI1), not the OUT range (HSCO1/LSCO1) as I would expect.
When I use the up/down arrows to change the HOALIM, it uses the OUT
range to determine the both the percentages and the max/min value I can
set.
It also will not allow me to manually enter a value outside the OUT
range.
BUT, the indicators on the faceplate are using the MEAS range.
The indicator bars for the the MEAS alarms (HH/LL & H/L) show correctly.
I've checked this on both PID & PIDA blocks - I suspect the behaviour is
the same on PIDX, PIDE, etc.
