[foxboro] PC20

We are testing an HHT50 running PC20 and are not able to communicate to
transmitters connected to the IA with FoxCom, (FBM39).  This is a known
issue and the fix is to adjust the settings in the .INI file.  Unfortunately
we have not been able to find settings that work.  The default settings are
as follows:
 
gapTime.FoxCom.ia=14
receiveTime.FoxCom.ia=20
delayTime.FoxCom.ia=300
waitTime.FoxCom.ia=300
Just wondered if anyone out there has taken the time to figure out what the
settings or tricks might be for a "New" PC running XP with PC20.
