[foxboro] Operator Action Journal

Greetings, All wise and all knowing list members.

1.  Can I increase the size of the OAJ.  It saves only the last 500 entries.

2.  Failing that, what are the calls to initiate it from a cron job?  I'd like 
to dump to a file every 12 hours.
