[foxboro] OSI/PI interface error messages

Hi list,
I have a question regarding a number of error messages produced within a pi 
message log file.

The interface is installed on an AW51B

The messages are of the following format.
{****************************************************************}
FXBAIS 1> Warning: IA obj BD_730A:AGMM9208.PNT (idx?) IA type=3 (not 1)
                  PItag (ROS_MULTIPHASE:730-AGMM-9208_NEW) list= 1
{****************************************************************}

Has anyone come across this type of error message before. I assume it is a data 
type mismatch.

However I have been advised the PI end of the system is configured for floating 
point which should match the .PNT parameter from a AIN block.
