[foxboro] OPC connection problems

Having trouble connecting new Main Plant Computer which is a 2003 SP2 
Server (HP Proliant ML350)
OPC Server from Scientech called PMax Ver 1.0.

to I/A Version 8.3 using FBM233 OPC Client Ver 1.3.1.

Theoretically all boxes are OPC DA 2.0.
Tried everything
