[foxboro] OPC Troubleshooting Guide available on CSC website now!

For all of you who might have trouble configuring or need to troubleshoot
OPC problems, TAC has published the BeNeLux OPC troubleshooting guide on the
CSC website.
Go to www.ips.csc.invensys.com <www.ips.csc.invensys.com>  - Resources -
Trouble Shooting Guides. 
The version published now is V1.7 but we are working on V1.8 that will
include hints on the OPC Server V3.3 
Please feel free to share your OPC experience with us and maybe it can be
published in the document.
