[foxboro] Need Re-Introduction to Foxboro

I have been out of the Foxboro loop (no pun intended) for about 3 years.? 
I?will be beginning a new job in about a month and will have to get back on 
track very quickly.? I desperately need a quick, basic refresher for Foxboro.? 
Where can I get manuals, training materials, etc. to help refresh my memory?
