[foxboro] MAC Address

Hi,
i want to read out  all MAC Address of the installed CP 's at our =
system to
select the Primary and shadow Modules.
Do anyone know a script which I can start at a AW51 Machine to create a =
file
providing this information.
It is very uncomfortable to select all in the System management.
