[foxboro] Log Mate

Dear List
I have to help the logmate engineer to attach to my DCS system. I didnt have 
additional serial port through PCI card I bought it from market. Then i 
added a serial printer(P132S) in system definition then i have recommit and 
i can see it in smdh but when i make it go online then it goes offline by 
itself). aI  am using a null modem RS232. The log mate can capture data if 
you make a serial printer in windows and try to print any text file the log 
mate catures something though it is meaningless but still can capture. also 
if i go to /usr/fox/sp/files/cs_cfgs.pars I can find my serial printer there
which is port number com2 like i made it has a number 5 OKIdata. and it name 
is LP00. so what do you think migh be the problem.
