[foxboro] Load MESH FCP Using iccdrvr.tsk and Print File format

I am trying to use iccdrvr.tsk to load FCP002 on a training system.

I am able to enter and exit FCP002 using the ICC graphical interface.

I have been sure not to be in ICC for FCP002 when trying to run iccdrvr.tsk

From the Korn Shell,
(at least I think I am in KORN shell, How do I verify?),
I issue the following command on the command line:

$ iccdrvr.tsk -i 2FFP02.txt

2FFP02.txt is being used as my input file and the first few lines look
like this:

OPEN FCP002 ALL TJV
ADD   = FLA_D1133
  TYPE   = COMPND
  DESCRP = IA COMPOUND

The following error is echoed to the screen:

ECHO     1 OPEN FCP002 ALL TJV
FAIL     1 OPEN FCP002!: Thu Dec 20 08:07:38 2007 -14 ICCopen error:
class= 1 error= -1000 text= icConnectCp: error on cs_reg_exit
FLSH     2 ADD   = FLA_D1133
FLSH     3   TYPE   = COMPND
FLSH     4   DESCRP = IA COMPOUND

So the problem appears to be that iccdrvr.tsk is unable to open FCP002
but I don't know why.  Any ideas or suggestions?
