[foxboro] Launching IACC from a Foxview Menu Pick

Is there any way to launch IACC on a Windows P92 XP running 8.2, FV/FD =
10.1 once you have disabled the taskbar?

Background Info:
I implemented several environments to restrict unauthorized access to =
the pick via protection classes.
For example you can run a cmd tool with the appropriate path for FoxDraw =
and presto, no problem, FoxDraw opens. This is not the case for IACC. If =
I cannot get IACC to work from a FoxView then for me to do any IACC work =
I will have to enable the taskbar, hence reboot the box, do the work =
then disable the taskbar and reboot again.
