[foxboro] Keyboard follow-up

Just a quick note about AW51F USB keyboard issue, finally got a chance to
troubleshoot.  It appears that we have one existing bad keyboard and one
"new" bad keyboard.  They seem to be identical in every way but both
keyboards have trouble with different keys on different boxes.  A third
"new" keyboard seems to work just fine with any box.
