[foxboro] Installing CP40FT

Could anyone give me specific instructions on how to install a CP40FT Pair on V 
6.3 AW51B Box.  I'm using SYs Def 2.3.  Did the commit thing and everything 
seems to go fine but I can only get one of the pair to boot.  They will not 
marry.  Any hints would be great.
