how is it possible to suppress INHIBITED MESSAGES?

an example:

PAB-Alm      11:38:08 F1411:FAL1411_GM   EDELWASSERMENGE < 12 M3/H
DISABL                                                     
28-11-02 11:38:08:8                      ALARM MESSAGES INHIBITED

PAB-Alm      11:38:14 F1411:FAL1411_GM   EDELWASSERMENGE < 12 M3/H
ENABLE                                                     
28-11-02 11:38:14:8                      ALARM MESSAGES ENABLED
