[foxboro] ICC compound summary access error

Has someone experienced following problem on 6.3:
 
Trying to access the ICC: following error: Compound summary access
error, error nr -30.
 
We can't access the ICC anymore. I experienced this before, but can't
remember what I did then to solve it....No ICC or ciocfg jobs seem to
exist in the ps -ef
 
Any suggestions?
