[foxboro] ICC Not work in AW70P

Sorry, I confuse, the ICC Not Work.
 

Sorry, I install IA 7.0 in a Dell Computer without Foxboro Rescue Disk and the 
ICC Program (CIO_Config) not appears when I press CIO_Config in the FoxView 
Menu and the System Management has the similar problem.
