[foxboro] ICC Database Locked

Yesterday, when I wanted to modify the ICC block, during opening ICC, I
choose 1 compound to open but after I click OK button, showed up new window
with comment :
*Database Locked
Are you want to override?

Yes                   No*


If I choose No, back to compound selection.
If I choose Yes , still could not open the compound or ICC block.

What happen to this ICC? How to solve this problem?
