[foxboro] Getting iccprt to work somewhere else

Esteemed Users,

I have a /opt/fox/ciocfg/... file hierarchy which I restored from a system 
backup to some other place on my disk, like 
/opt/offline/user1/opt/fox/ciocfg...  How can I get iccprt to dump the data 
that exists there?
