[foxboro] GCIO failing after updating from 6.1.2 to 6.4

Hi boys:
        We have upgraded our system from v6.1.2 to 6.4 a couple of mounths
ago and after that our GCIOs devices are failing continuously (they go
offline). Sometimes the annunciators keyboards stop responding to bottons
and sometimes not. The only way to recover from this failures is to power
down/power up the GCIO and sometimes we had to reboot  WPs. On Sysmon GCIOs
are displayed as failed, in red, and keyboars are OK , in white. 
We have EEprom Updated all of them, and versions are: GCIO:1.3  AKP:5.8 

Some sugestions are welcomed
