[foxboro] Foxview scroll region

I'm trying to use overlays with a Foxview scroll region to display
information and instructions for operators.  It works very well, but I can't
figure out how to control the text size or the background color of the
scroll region itself.  The Object Graphic Attributes don't seem to work.
Does anyone know how to do this?
