[foxboro] Foxpanels

I have an AW70 with a "hard" annunciator keyboard,
somewhere along I lost the FoxPanels configurator.

Is that defined in Sys Def?
I seem to recall having a problem with the Soft Panel
starting up when I/A starts, I would like to avoid this also.

All I need is the configurator
